We are a team of 15 people across our three offices in Pakistan, UK and the USA.

This team (known as the Lead Team) is responsible for recruitment of volunteers and for establishing partnerships with volunteer organisations in Pakistan. In addition to this, we have local staff teams in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad who report to the Lead Team and are responsible for the administration and care of our volunteers once they are in Pakistan.

Volunteers will be in direct contact with the local staff and have a Lead Team Manager allocated to them.
